Place CNI binaries directly into /opt/bin/cni #72
Description
They are currently placed into /opt/bin/cni/vX.Y.Z and then symlinked into /opt/bin, but this is a holdover from the time when everything under /opt/bin was versioned, which was abandoned in #52 .
