While processing, write all results as (Geo)JSON to disc #60
Description
As plpython3u has access to the disc (as user postgres), we could write the to-be-rendered data additionally to disc - e.g. in (Geo)JSON. The result is similar to Mapnik's MetaWriters (which to my knowledge are no longer working). This could be useful for interactive overlays.
