Renew certificates creates additional certificates and results in rate limit #207
Description
Using Ubuntu 18.04, Plesk Onyx Version 17.8.11 Update #52 and Lets Encrypt Extension Version 2.7.3-474 on a domain including www subdomain and alias results in creation of multiple certificates upon renewal and thus hitting Let's Encrypt rate limits.
According to the release notes this issue already occurred in the past and was fixed in version 1.2, is there any configuration on my part that could result in this issue reemerging?
