Add chat functionality

In this issue:

- Simple chat: `<username>: <chat msg>` 
  - Don't support newlines etc.
- Create communication of sending a message from server and to all clients
- Add view in both normal and tyrant view
- Store chat only in memory. 
  - Don't store chat in command history or on the server at all
