Update Release/PyPi package

Hello,

Quite a few meaningful changes have been committed (primarily the new simple helper functions) to the repository yet no new release has been issued. It would be nice if this could be fixed and the package on pypi (https://pypi.python.org/pypi/prismic/) be updated.
