Prevent user from getting to form if location is not set otherwise stuck on "Saving..."

To reproduce:

• click on + to add on new point. Put the cross where to add the new point and click on Done top left hand corner without clicking on "Tap Here to Set Location"
• Enter some data in the form
• Click Save then it gets stuck on saving.

I think we should prevent the user from getting to the form if the location is not set to prevent him to be stuck after. Maybe "Done" should be rename to "Set Location" and should automatically set the location at the cross position instead of having to click on "Tap here to set Location". Then "Tap here to set Location could be removed.

Pushed a fix for this issue, instead it now will take the user back to the map view if no pin was dropped.

I left the current functionality there just so the user can place the pin multiple times to correct placement issues.

Thanks, it makes sense to keep the functionality. The new behavior is better but I feel like it is not very clear to the user. Intuitively, you put the cross somewhere and then you click done and then it brings you back to the map so you feel like there is a bug. The first time it took me a while to understand that I couldn't save because I hadn't actually set location by tapping the screen. Could it be a small message like "Please, first set the location by taping the button below" ?

Or, the location could be set with the "Done" button and go to the next screen and if the user wants to move the pin, he/she can use back? That may be even easier.
