Keyboard shortcuts not working in Arc or Dia

For some reason, going to chrome://extensions/shortcuts to assign shortcuts don't work in Arc or Dia. I've tried several combos of shortcuts and made sure they're not in conflict with the native Arc/Dia shortcuts. I've also tried to assign shortcuts that work for other extensions, and they don't work on Read View.

Not that. I tried to assign shortcuts that work for other extensions to Reader View and none of them works.

This is somewhat weird that there's no problem in Chrome, Opera, Vivaldi, but it's not working in Arc and Dia. But other extensions don't have this issue in Arc/Dia either.

I tested Arc on Windows, and the shortcut started working after I restarted the browser. It seems like it is an issue with Arc itself, not the extension.

I suspected so but it's so weird that this only happens to Reader View. Thanks for looking into it.
