Docs: Coming from Typescript

For all of our friends switching over from Typescript, docs that make that process easier for you. For starters, we want this to be as simple as possible:

• component in typescript compared to component in reason
• common pitfalls with typescript and how reason fixes those
• here's how to do X thing in typescript, in reason

In the Reason world a lot of us are talking about advanced typescript topics and we overlook the beginners who are just getting started, I'm going to stress the importance of something very beginner friendly 😄
