DXVK + FFX13Fix on FFXIII-2 - extreme lag and no audio

Not sure if you are still actively working on this, but i am running FFXIII-2 on Win 11 with DXVK (via dxvk.dll) via reshade. I'm not sure if these issues were that bad previously but essentially:

• the Main menu and any loading screens suffer from incredibly low FPS and stuttering. Loading a save game drops to around 4fps and this also impacts the load time seemingly.
• there is no audio from the game
• pressing ESC doesn't bring up the message to exit the game it just exits

PC Spec unlikely the problem as it worked fine previously:
Ryzen 7950X3D
Nvidia 4090
64gb RAM
Installed on SSD

Once in game - there does not seem to be an issue with framerate - there is no sound however.

I have checked by removing FF13Fix and running DXVK + reshade and there are no issues when running this way
