Per Request: Exclusive fullscreen mode

Could you per request, try to make the game run under true-fullscreen mode and not pseudo fullscreen (Borderless-fullscreen)? And yes, I went through all the protocols to make sure it doesn't work, and it does not.

None of the 3 FFXIII games does not support exclusive fullscreen mode, please try to implement one if possible, much greatly appreciated.

I dont think i want to support that as also no modern API supports exclusive fullscreen (its deprecated feature).

For VRR support in windowed mode I wonder if you could add flip mode? Windows 11 can force it on natively, but not Windows 10.
