UID/GID for redis differs between RH7 and C7

UID/GID for redis is 800/800 on RH7, but 127/138 on C7:

Shouldn't this be identical?

There is no UID/GID suggested by packaging, so I took the ones from I.1.2.1 for RH7.0 because I want to ensure upgrades.
