ROS Jazzy intermittent operation

Hello,

After upgrading to ros-jazzy, rqt plot does not work as it used to. Screen stutters, and sometimes stops plotting. I am speculating it is a dds issue.

Any ideas on the problem or has someone else experienced it?

I'm also experiencing this issue.
It works (albeit not very responsive) on slower topics, and for me, it starts to be really intermittent at 10 Hz.

My suspicion is that it could be QoS related.
