Use HSBencher to run and collect benchmarks

We should wire up HSBencher with the fusion tables backend so that it runs the benchmarks in /benchmarks. We should also add some new benchmarks that will stress memory allocation.

@rrnewton , are there any additional permissions we need to get access to the Google Fusion tables we'll be using or to Codespeed for pushing up benchmark stats?
