Redirect to holding page instead of 127.0.0.1

I would really like to redirect to a pretty page saying how much time you have spent in businesstime instead of 127.0.0.1

We'll probably need to bundle our own web server in the app. If we're requiring Snow Leopard, we could probably use Sinatra since it comes with the system :)

If not Sinatra, some other Ruby based web server (like Mongrel or Webrick) would probably be a lot easier than bundling our own version of Nginx in the bundle.
