Currently playing song in Queue

In the ProTube playlist panel, you cannot see the currently playing song. It would be nice to be able to see this in the queue and maybe see how much time is left since this is also not shown on the TV screens.

To add onto this, the currently playing song is also not taken into account for the round robin system.
