Add Both Option For Translating Sequences and Returning the Nucleotides

Currently we just have a TRUE or FALSE option, but it should be easy enough to implement both.

Implemented and will push. Need to remove TranslateCode out of documentation as it is no longer needed with genbankr as a dependency. Also need to add Both option to TranslateSeqs documentation.
