Notes from meeting with CX DM 20200826:

• Remove placeholder texts
• Move warning alert to content
• Set default width for buttons to half on mobile (col 6)
• Center text on mobile buttons
• Remove alert icon from secondary content
• Help text for input field should be placed between label and input

• Adjust margin for help text in form
• Change pending progress color to black
• Adjust margin for chevron in mobile header
• Remove text for valid input
• Update "here" links to something meaningful
