add paging for sections

Summary

Given "sections/1DSA.toml" how to go to next section?

Use case, go through all sections and find bani of guru nanak dev ji, ordered by section

Actually it seems like paging is just missing in general everywhere. Even line-groups don't have paging. So to iterate over files, you'd have to read every line

I know why we chose this route (allowing multipath of lines for diff sources), just wondering if there is a better alternative

Okay, I take it back, I'm very confused, even lines don't have paging.
