Add option to "lock" display #43
Description
Summary
The lock will stop user from being able to change pages, scroll, etc. They can only open the menu that toggles this feature. This will make it easier to set up displays for other people and then their device should automatically "follow along" like they do in presenter. This "lock" option should be displayed in the shabad os connect menu
