Old / unused queue cleanup

Are queues that were once defined, then later removed, eventually cleaned up? I noticed the UI still shows them

You mean creating a queue, adding a bunch of jobs into it and deleting the queue with pending jobs?

There is no feature like that. On UI you can't even delete a queue.

@merencia I meant more like, defining and using a queue, then refactoring the codebase and renaming or removing the queue. This leaves the old queue object in the database, as far as I can tell. It'd not a big problem (I can always write migrations etc) but it'd be nice if it had the same cleanup hooks e.g. "remove any queues that haven't had jobs scheduled for X days", or something
