Costmap not responsive #2
Description
Hi, I'm working on setting up a new case study for the Netherlands in SimCCS and was planning on using CostMAP to create the candidate network. I've downloaded the github zip and started up the .jar file via Windows Files but the application is non responsive (header doesn't work nor can I load in any data or look into the settings). I was also unable to find a user manual that could help me with any setup issues. Is CostMAP operational? and if so have I made a mistake with the setup by not having the correct dependencies?
