interfacing for weather station #3
Description
Need to figure out hardware to interface with a generic weather station:

The rain guage and anemometer have momentary switches that need to be read.
The wind vane has a resistor network that outputs a voltage, so we'll need a A/D input.
Should also add a temp, humidity, and barometric pressure sensor.
Sensors are attached to cables with RJ11 connectors on them.
Seems we'll need some type of enclosure for electronics that will have:
- a white case for minimum solar heating
- outdoor rated
- no self heating from electronics
- electronics sealed, but humidity/temp sensor exposed to humidity
- 1-wire connection to GW -- this will isolate heat from GW, and allow GW to be installed inside, etc.
