Unable to download demo data using the data.download_demo() function

Got error message "HTTPError: HTTP Error 403: Forbidden" when trying to get demo data using download_demo(path='data') in the tutorial notebook(Anomaly Detection.ipynb).

If we try to open "https://d3-ai-orion.s3.amazonaws.com/P-1.csv" in browser, we get
