Add CI and CodeClimate Integrations + Badges #24
Description
We should add some kind of continuous integration to run the test suite for every PR. Travis CI offers this for free, but an Admin would have to do it. This would ensure that existing tests are not broken with every PR.
We could also add CodeClimate into every PR. This would help ensure that we are aware of and keep up code test coverage.
There's also a Travis CI badge and a CodeClimate badge we can add to the README, so we can see the build status and test coverage at a glance
