"Version bump" Flutter to 2.X

Hey - what would be needed to make this embedder work with the latest Flutter version & NNBD?

Let's collect the tasks that need to be done, so that we can get started :-)

Hi @dkbast!! Thanks for your interest in this library. As you might have observed, we stopped working on this for a while, but I'd like to start on it again. We know we want to update to a later Flutter, but there's been progress in the embedded Flutter community in other areas too and we need to figure out where to go ourselves.

Please feel free to post notes to this issue if you'd like and I'll encourage others to do the same.

There is the Toyota embedder which seems to be up to date and using the "linux-desktop" target for flutter - from what I understand the "official" linux desktop has very heavy dependencies, but it could be worth checking out if they are going with something more lightweight which would be suitable for Nerves. Unfortunately I currently lack the knowledge where I would have to take a look.
