Unable to fetch amba_socket-1.0.15.tgz

Apparently, it is no longer possible to access the amba_socket-1.0.15.tgz file.
The registration page https://portal.carbondesignsystems.com/Model/Carbon/TLM-2.0-AMBA does not work anymore.
Does this mean that socrocket project is no longer maintained ?
