Left padding of placeholder looks weird in iOS6 #12
Description
New SAMTextView make the left padding nicely in iOS7, and the left padding of iOS6 is abandoned. I just move the left padding snippet of SSTextView here for the iOS6. See here: https://github.com/alvinhu/SAMTextView/commit/ab55184366b63552eacace7663321140388e0fc9
