Using structural templates for the binder in AFdesign’s binder hallucination protocol

Hello there!

I come to you since I am currently attempting to leverage AFdesign’s binder hallucination to redesign a sequence to bind a particular target.

The thing is that I would like to be able to provide a structural template to the binder during AF prediction, but I have not been able to. I know templates are used for the target’s structure prediction, but I wonder if providing a structural template would be available also for the prediction of the binder’s sequence?
