Add separate resource file for naming #142
Description
Currently FamPlex IDs are name-like but there isn't a specific resource file to assign standard names for entries. In some exports, e.g., OBO, names are automatically constructed by doing some post-processing on IDs, but this would ideally be made explicit in a resource file. This also relates to @cthoyt's suggestion to create non-name-like IDs for FamPlex but the two can be done separately.
