Broken link to repo from SparkFun website

Thanks for creating the weather:bit, I look forward to using it.

I noticed when trying to get to this repo from the SparkFun weather:bit website that the link is pointing to https://github.com/sparkfun/Micro_Bit_Weather_Bit/tree/v11, which doesn't exist. I suggest updating the link on the SparkFun website to https://github.com/sparkfun/Micro_Bit_Weather_Bit/releases/latest so it always points to the latest release.
