ssi-data-integrity: Move away from type-oriented cryptosuite definitions. #663
Description
It works, but after introducing selective disclosure and because many suites are not following the standard, I had to introduce too many traits. It is not worth it anymore. Let's keep the trait number to a minimum, even if it means slightly larger implementations. It should be easier anyway now with the new ssi_crytpo::Options (introduced in #642) to deal with suite-specific options without type annotations.
