duplicate models

Remove main models from ss3sim/ss3models to ss3sim/ss3sim because cod is duplicated and those who are not involved in the development of the package don't understand the need for multiple packages. Housing the models in the main package will only be a problem if they are constantly updated or if the number of models gets too big for the package, both of which are not currently a problem.
