Status of this repository

I guess now that Math includes Google Benchmark and we have a pretty nice benchmark .py script https://github.com/stan-dev/math/tree/develop/benchmarks this repository is not needed anymore? Do we transfer it back to Sean? :)

Its kind of funny we pressured @seantalts in transferring the repo and then Tadej made this redundant :)

I’m happy to take it back, I don’t know if it will be used much but it can spend its retirement here :)
