Unable to detect my device

Summary:
The peripheral I am trying to find with bluetooth scan is not getting listed after addition of few service.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Set Expected services
2. Start scanning
3. Wait for returning devices in callback

Actual Result:

No Devices
Expected Result:
Device to be listed in Peripheral found.
