I made the file here: pli-tv-bi-vb-pd2-8.html
Its translation id is: indacanda.
The file should be added to the place: https://github.com/suttacentral/sc-data/tree/main/html_text/vi/pli/vinaya/pli-tv-bi-vb/pli-tv-bi-vb-pd. All the pd2-8 files should also be removed.
