Only difference between this and nsGetApplicationControlData is that it expects 64-bit value for actual_size, but still writes only 32-bit and to MSB part. That's why there is bit shift added. Internally only difference is that it skips some functions, but execution time wise they are exactly the same.

Maybe old function will be deprecated at some point, so it will be good to have working alternative ready.

Unlikely, but is there any difference in the output when using this on S1 with a game where the game-update has the NACP for Switch2-Edition?(TOTK, ...)
