Describe the problem
When Bitkit has recently closed a channel that was created with the BT widget (not with its own transfer flow) then this error in json format can be shown:
Instant Payments Setup Failed

Describe the solution
The solution is to wait until the channel close tx is confirmed and BT resets your liquidity allowance, so the error could explain this. Certainly not show json.
