Allow notes for IGNORED issues, and carry forward to updated analysis

The feature request

When I ignore an issue, I'd like to add a comment as to why I am ignoring it, and then as long as the DAX from version N to N+1 doesn't change for that measure, it should continue to be ignored and the note should carry forward to the new version.

If the DAX changes though, perhaps it could show the previous version was ignored and a link to the note, but show it as unresolved in this new analysis.

Proposed solution

It will help in large models with many measures where we don't have to keep ignoring an issue, and the notes allow us to recollect why we ignored it.

I just read the docs again and it is supposed to keep rolling "ignored" forward if the DAX doesn't change. I must have changed something - or just the newness of playing with it.

So that logic is good. The "ability to add a note" comment still stands. 😁

The Ignored flag should already work exactly as you want! :)
We also have on our backlog adding reason (with predefined categories like False Positive, None, ... - feedback is welcome if you have specific reasons "type" you would like to add) and description (whatever you want) to explain the "why"
