simplay: link levels / capacity / utilization to frames #83
Description
Currently, to reflect a level, capacity or utilization of a resource or container to a certain frame, manual creation of events to declare changing frames is needed. This task aims to create a concept which would allow for a declaration of linking states of the aforementioned properties to framenumbers, so that simplay may create the needed events automatically.
