[WHL] topology support either 16 or 32 bit. #123
Description
Using topology with 16b pipeline - aplay support only 16b waves
Using topology with 32b pipeline - aplay support only 24b waves
32b sample_size doesn't supported by ALC700 codec.
We can use only 16b in 16bit container or 24b in 32b container. There is no possibility for current topology to use both.
