Facebook is loading too slow, how to make the button appears faster?

Actually I feel like this is a big issue. It would be really awesome to have some more control on that. Look at this page:

You see the Twitter button and Google+ button appearing quite quickly but the Facebook one doesn't appear... almost until all the images are loaded! No much chance to get many likes here. Is there a way I could have this Facebook appears faster, or maybe, synchronously?
