I use the bitShake Air reading head and had many reading errors. Bitshake implemented a CRC check in the last update. With that, the errors disappeared. You have to do the update and change something in the script. It’s best to contact support for that. They respond quickly. |

WHAT: On my tasmota / bitshake, I have a lot of trash readings, causing multiple issues downstream. Unfortunately I have not been able to put clear decimal limits on the tasmota side so I started digging around and coming to the following method:
def get_clamped_value(self, value): if value < self.lower_bound: return self.lower_bound elif value > self.upper_bound: return self.upper_bound else: return valueBoundaries could be placed globally in configuration cross readers or per reader.
