Use not-stolen for mapping

Since now not-stolen has gps support, we can use that information directly for mapping.

There are two specific locations that this should be used:

1. Integration test for mapping
2. Sitl (the features in Not-stolen Integration Part 2: Lat/Lon/Alt/Heading #281 may already be enough to integrate this easily)
