[Parent] Maintenance: Prune Bearclaw-specific setup

There was numerous jerry-rigged alterations made to accommodate the non-stock baseboard and Arducopter.
We should prune and/or separate these in clear configurations if we want to them in the future.

I (kaz) will add sub-issues for specific changes that need to be made.
