Description
For example below we have a highway=crossing at the intersection of a highway=footway and highway=residential.
If you then add footway=sidewalk to the footway it will change the node to highway=sidewalk, which is wrong.
It's one issue that it changes the node to the wrong tag value, but this is made much worse that the user isn't warned or informed about this change, so they would just go and upload this and be confused why the data is wrong.
