Distinguish Pledge software install from profile setup steps in Logging into Savio doc #24

When @rjaffe walked through the draft of the Logging into Savio documentation on Feb 2, 2015, he surfaced an area of confusion: after you install the Pledge software on a device, you may be inclined to continue working with the just-installed software, and miss the transition to the web to set up a profile.
There needs to be a better distinction made between the initial software installation, and the subsequent steps involving setup of a Pledge profile and downloading that profile to one's device. Some signposting language might be helpful, as might splitting off the current steps 2-4 under their own section header, following the Pledge installation header.
