Add estimated completion times to each doc that provides step-by-step instructions

Per @rjaffe, it would be helpful to add, to documentation that provides step-by-step instructions for completing a task, estimated times or time ranges required to complete those steps. That would help readers identify when they have sufficient time to take on the associated task, as well as helping them identify when they might truly be stuck and could profitably seek help, when greatly exceeding that estimated time.

For instance, we could add text describing a 30 minute (or perhaps a 20-30 minute range) estimated completion time to the Logging into Savio document, based on Rick's walkthrough experience.
