Feature request: prefix server name in app manifest

I run two Unraid servers, the addtion of a manifest in 7.2.0 is great since I can now create native app shortcuts on mobile, however they will all get the same name Unraid.

I have edited the name in the manifest and prefixed the server name so I can create two different app shortcuts so that instead of Unraid it will be Tower Unraid

I noticed there was some progress in creating a dynamic manifest at 10e9ffa
I wonder if this can be added in the future automatically I will probably just use a sed script to do this upon boot, but I think other users will find it nice
