File manager: Wrong estimated upload speed / upload is slower than possible

Uploading a 4096 MiB file takes around 184 seconds, which is ~ 22 MiB/s, but the file manager displays only 187.8 kB/s (0,18 MiB/s):

In addition it should be > 100 MiB/s as the server is connected through 1G network.

Maybe this is caused of the huge amount HTTP-Requests / chunks (to much overhead?!), which are targeting /webGUI/include/Control.php while uplading the file:
