Support Generation of Resolver Classes in Plug-In of Choice

Currently the extension resolver classes are generated in the plug-in that defines the extension point to resolve.

Please support to generate the extension resolver classes in a plug-in of choice. For instance sometimes one wants to resolve extensions for an extension point of a 3rd party library.
